Claudia Rüscher is master craftsman in horse-economics with Stensbeck award. She celebrated great successes at federal championships and world championships of the young dressage horses. Since 2015 she supports Hedda Droege in the education of the young dressage horses.
Claudia Rüscher grew up on the parental farm (stallion station Rüscher–Konermann). She learned how to ride on the Shetland pony “Maja” and placed herself in M-dressages and M-jumpings during her schooldays. At the age of 16 she began an apprenticeship as stablehand (focus riding) on the parental farm, which she finished as best of her age-group in 2002. With only 25 years she passed the examination and became master craftsman with Stensbeck award in silver.
Together with the breeding stallion “Lissaro” she won three times the federal championships of the young dressage horses in Warendorf and placed herself with “Schumacher” twice as second place. Moreover, Claudia Rüscher placed both stallions with the second and third place at the world championships of the young dressage horses.
From 2010 to 2014 Claudia Rüscher worked for Heinrich Ramsbrock (Menslage) and collected experience in the education and commercialization of dressage horses. During this time, she realized numerous successes, from the competition for young horses to the Intermediaire I. Every year, she also qualified several horses for the federal championships and participated regularly at the world championships of the young dressage horses. In 2014, Claudia Rüscher became auction rider and worked for the westphalian register for horses where she was able to set repeatedly auction peaks. Furthermore, she went into her own business with a dressage education stud half a day.
Here, first successes became visible with the placement of the stallion Baccadi at the federal championships of the 3-year-old horses.
Thanks to her long experience paired with her qualities Claudia Rüscher is appreciated as a dressage rider and trainer and an important support to Gut Dalmer since 2015.
